I called to get a new patient appointment set up and I called 3 times and someone would pick up the phone and hang up. When the receptionist finally answered I asked her why they kept picking up and hanging up and she said because they were "extremely busy right now and the phones are going crazy". She was very rude in her tone and responses. I also work in a Healthcare setting and understand being busy, but there is no reason to be rude. I just started going to Dr. Kings office, I was tended to in a timely fashion, I am a quadriplegic and am incapable of sitting in waiting rooms for long periods of time. I was made to feel comfortable and all my questions and concerns were to satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Dr Kings office to anyone seeking out a good primary.

I made an appointment with Dr. Michael King's office thru Florida Blue Insurances website and I received an email confirmation. I waited 8 days and went to my scheduled appointment on-time and filled out pages of paperwork before being told by the receptionist that I do not have an appointment, wait-what? I have the confirmation in my phone let me find it, well we can make you an appointment but it won't be now. A total waste of my time!!!!!

I had lung cancer this dr never called me back. Two months past i went to another dr to get my test results sent over to another Dr. He has too many patients and i had my surgery over and done with when his nurse called said i needed. To come in. He needs ro take up landscaping. Forget being a Dr
