I took my car in this morning for a MOT and service. Unfortunately I couldn't have a courtesy as someone had not bought it back. They said it could be done in the morning which was fair enough. I had wonder around long Eaton I had a phone call to tell me my car was ready to collect. The lady on reception was very friendly, thats important for me because I suffer from anxiety issues. I recently had my car serviced at this garage for an oil pressure issue, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The whole experience was 10 out of 10. Debbie was lovely and kept me fully informed from start to finish and I really appreciated the transparency. My car had some serious problems and they were sorted out in the most cost effective way without compromising on quality. Michael was very nice and his son Matthew sorted the car out quickly. Took car in for 4 wheel alignment , was told bolts seized and still charged for the alignment , tried to sort it out with the owner at the time telling me he’d sort out some bolts with me and get it back in and sorted received no further communication. Car drives worse than it did before pulling one way. Would definitely stay away and use a proper wheel alignment garage.
