I everything about this doctor and his office workers. The are all nice and helpful and Dr.Sopt makes sure that I understand everything about my visit .So everyone keep up the good work .
Very caring and thorough.
Dr. Sopt is absolutely wonderful! He's very considerate and is just a great physician all around. My first appointment I felt was very thorough. He has helped me any time I've had a problem, most recently with migraine headaches! He's also a bit of a jokester, which is refreshing. I haven't loved a doctor in years!
I was told by the lady at the front desk that because of company policy with new patients, and due to the fact that I was 18min late, I was over the 15min threshold and as a result automatically marked as a no show and could not be seen or rescheduled. I had also, 2 days prior, filled out all of my new patient paperwork and completed my early check in via email link. A sign that this was not the doc for me I guess.
