I have been Dr. Payne’s patient for over 20 years. I never knew a Dr so personally involved and caring. He seems as much a friend as Doctor. He genuinely cares. He is always spot on with advice and prescriptions. The best Doctor possible. I’d give 10 ⭐️

I've been a patient of Dr.Payne for nearly 20 years with a break in between when i was in the service, he has always been honest and helpful and has helped get me and my family through some difficult times. I would also like to say that his staff has always been welcoming and friendly every visit. God Bless

I never believed or trusted doctors until I went to Cox in cassville and met Dr Payne! I was so hurt and scared going there but their whole staff really changed my outlook on medical facilities and Drs, they treated me like an injured family member, not just a number, guinea pig or a burden! Going there was my very last option when It should've been my first!
