I am so pleased with Dr. Karns! From the first office visit to my post op visit. He explained everything he was going to do to remove scar tissue that had formed under my knee cap from my total knee replacement surgery I had in September 2022. It was so painful to go up and down stairs and now I can function with no pain. So, so happy with this Dr. Highly recommend him!!!
Dr. Karns fixed a partially torn bicep for me in one visit with one shot. For 3 weeks, I was pushed around tthe University Hospitals system, including 4 days in the hospital with incredible pain. Thank God for Dr. Karns. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Do not have him do a surgery. I got my knee done by him 3/21 and i was never able to return to my normal activities. I used to CrossFit and I still can not do the movements or run due to my knee still shifting out of place. HUGE REGET.
I have to say I'm really not impressed with Dr Karns. First, he was in the room maybe 5 minutes. Second, he said it didn't look like I ever had ACL surgery. (I've had 2 in the same knee I was seeing him for) . Third, he seemed very rushed and after driving an hour to get to his office I was hoping for an MRI. I've had knee pain for a very long time. I know when something is wrong. I won't be going back. Terrible bedside manner and as far as my knee, I'll be going to another Dr, locally, that WILL listen to me and do an MRI.
