Very good Dr, but very bad admin. Waited 11 minutes on hold and gave up. Simply cannot access his care at times -- normal work day hours -- since phone calling is only path.
Will start off by saying I had no issues with the doctor he was a good doctor to me my issue was with his nurse. I called to make an appointment with Dr Karellas back in 2022 which was my urologist at the time because I was experiencing bladder pains. The nurse said “your symptoms sound like a UTI and doctor is no longer seeing his female patients for a UTI’s you need to go to your gynecologist”. I told her this is not a UTI. Great doctor and staff. They have been great on follow up communication, post my vasectomy. He was down a jr partner so maybe the previous communications were a result of that. I have not experienced that at all. Highly recommend.
Great doctor- very intelligent
I went for a kidney ultrasound two weeks ago tomorrow. His office has still not called with results or returned my many calls, except last week to say he was out - apparently with no one covering - but he would be back Monday and here it is Tuesday stunning, still nothing.
