I do not recommend this office. Highly unorganised front office. I had to wait 3 months for an appointment. No wait list taken for cancellations and/or no shows.I had difficulty reaching a live person or/ and speak to support staff. Dr. Kao scheduled a phone visit to discuss possible surgery when a face to face would have been more appropriate. Underground parking is poorly designed with limited spaces within tight quarters. It is a nightmare to get in and out of the complex.
Happened not once but twice. Never even made it back to see the doctor. the front office staff is TERRIBLE - rude, inconsiderate, and just does not care about the patient at all. My previous office tried to contact dr. kao’s MA FOUR TIMES (heard nothing back), the front desk told me that they saw their messages but the wrong info was sent. Nothing was done to correct it until I walked into the office for my appointment and said even if the information was emailed it would take a while. I would rather find a different doctor ... read more
The doctor is good, but the front office is terrible. They are not flexible in urgent situation. My son has an inflammation in the right ear and they can only scheduled an appointment two months away. He can go deaf by then! No exception and no waiting list for no-shows either.
