What a bad service here. So horrible it disgusts me. I just witnessed a colored desk lady give such a bad attitude to a Latina lady who was with her son. Just because the Latina lady doesn't know english, doesn't mean she can go talk mah crazy about her. She literally snatched the paper out of her hand and the Latina lady started crying of anger because of the mistreat.
