Bait-and-switch. I called about pain in a cavity and told the lady I carry no dental insurance and need work done on the old X-rays captured at my last visit. She said they could use the old X-rays and scheduled me a couple weeks out. In the meantime, I called and asked if an antibiotic would help the pain. They sent an Rx for amoxicillin and I started the meds. Today I came for my appointment and the hygienist said I would need an X-ray.
