I have the worst experience with them. They took my copayment and they refused the service because it didn’t show on their end. I will never go back back again again please avoid. I’ve lost two hours of my day. I took off my work and And I didn’t even get to see a doctor- money taken from my account
Dr. Layland and his team deserve 10 stars, not just 5! I went to see him for thyroid nodules, and he did everything possible during that first appointment. His efficiency, professionalism, excellent manners, and wonderful personality amazed me. He spent a considerable amount of time with me and immediately eased my apprehension, which in turn made me reconsider my rather mediocre opinion of the current state of healthcare quality in our country. Thank you, Dr. Layland!
I had a scheduled appt and a women was asked to be seen next and the front desk put her ahead of my appt. That is very unprofessional. I walked out and the front desk called me 40 me min. later for my appt. I told them I will find another Dr.
Dr. Layland was great! I went to him for allergy testing and was able to schedule a sleep study through his office, as well. He explained everything throroughly and gave practical advice. He listened and took his time during the appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Layland!
