When I was 16 and without a parent present, Michael stuck his bare hand in my mouth during a root canal until I worked up the courage to stop him and insist he wear a glove. He argued with me and told me he would be able to do better work with out a glove and I said I would not move forward until he wore a glove. He still was argumentative and eventually put on a glove. After the root canal was finished I never returned to his practice. This occurred in the early 2000s.
