Dr. Crawford is an amazing doctor however, his nurse Carolyn is not helpful at all. She makes her diagnosis and doesn't give the doctor any other information. Also if she feels like you don't need to come in she will refuse to schedule an appointment based upon her own conclusion. She is very unprofessional!
