10K Scheduled Maintenance visit went better than I could have asked for! Rick Simonette greeted me, discussed my vehicle concerns, Tracy took charge of my maintenance and requested a Road Force Alignment (?), which was exactly what it took to resolve my ride shimmy concerns. Great team, great dealership!
Did not tighten oil cap and a few days later all oil leaked on drive way and at my job now I have to pay for oil stain to be removed from driveway and I was stranded and with out primary car for 4 days find another shop
