Dr Jones is great but his office staff is unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment to have my medication reviewed and specifically asked if they were taking patients. They said yes and scheduled me. When I arrived, they told me it had been canceled because they were not taking new patients. I told the manager that my appointment was critical for my health. They showed no compassion and made comments on how they didnt prescribe my kind of medication anyway--uncompassionate and misinformed. The medication had been prescribed... read more
I have been a patient of Dr. Jones for quite some time from Dunn to Fayetteville . I can appreciate Dr. Jones’s expertise throughout the years but the best part has been Ms. Donna Freeman‼️‼️ She has been a rock throughout my many issues and always been there to help me navigate any issues! Donna is SIMPLY the BEST
Its going on 10 or 12 years that Ive been coming to Dr Jones he delivered my second child if I had to do it all over again I would definitely pick him. I'm a happy person by Nature and big on spirits and vibes. I’ve been gone from Fay NC since 2010.. BUT LORDDDD reading these reviews scare me. All I can remember was Doctor Johnnie Earl Jones being really good to me and delivering my first child in 1999.. Then in 2006 Dr. Michael Jones delivered my second son. They both treated me so well, I just so happen to be looking them up to see if they were still in office, simply cause I remember their amazing hearts….
