Tried to make my regular appointment and the very rude receptionist refused to make me an appointment told me my Medicare was inactive which wasn't true, refused to let me speak to office manager so I have spent nearly 3 hours on the phone with my insurance and I am active which I already knew they had to call the doctor wait on hold for nearly 2 hours to get it fixed I'm fed up with the rudeness of the staff at this location and someone needs to do something about it but no matter how many times I say something about how ru... read more
An 85 year old man who has severe hearing loss and reads lips…stops by the doctor office to make an appointment to see his primary care doctor. The office refuses to make him an appointment without him calling in. After waiting for office personnel to get back from their regular two hour lunch with assistance he learns via by phone that he can not get in for approx 2 weeks! Dr. Jones is a very caring doctor. He listens and cares about what’s going on with me and makes recommendations for my healthcare needs. He is an excellent provider.
Dr. Jones is a very thorough, caring doctor. He processes referrals to specialists in a timely fashion. He has an excellent patient rapport and I think he is very considerate.
