Since I first came in to the store and bought my watch, I have been very well looked after by both Sam and Robert. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and gave me plenty of time to ask questions and discuss things before any purchases including when I also needed a watch servicing. Throughly recommend this jeweller and friendly, welcoming staff to both friends and family etc.
Service Level and Attention to detail is second to none. Always a pleasure no matter how minor or major the purchase.
A slightly delayed review but a great experience and worthy of 5*’s. Kaysleigh was lovely to deal with when picking up my new watch and I would have no issues in recommending MJ to anyone. Walked out absolutely chuffed not only at my purchase but also the experience received. It’s rare to have a positive experience at any Rolex AD but Kaysleigh gave us the time to go through things, understood what the purchase meant and we felt a genuine warmth from her.
