This office has been extremely easy to work with. Tyler always responds quickly and takes care of everything right away, and has been a great resource whenever I've moved or started new policies. ---------- Edit: Even though it's been years since I left this glowing 5-star review, I just stumbled across it again and felt the need to update it because I dropped Michael's office after a series of inexcusable experiences. I had renters insurance two years ago. I moved out and ended my renters insurance, but have been charged every month for the past two years despite being told several times it would be canceled. I called the 800 number several times and they stated I had to call my agent directly. Not to mention it is almost impossible to get ahold of the office.

Terrible!!! NO Communication, I was in the process of buying a home and needed homeowners and figured since my car was through them I'd get it through them. No luck with emails phone calls or voice messages, I gave them 2 months to get back to me. I would give them 0 stars if I could he's probably in Cabo with all of our money!!
