Initially, it was professional and communicable. Later on, it became frustrating. There seems to be a puzzling disconnect between the doctor and his referral department. Two referrals (Therapy for shoulder Sept. 2023) and (Therapy for right knee AFTER completion and results of x-ray December 2023), neither of which were EVER executed. I have called the office numerous times only to be told, consistently, '... We're Still Working On it...' I have canceled a scheduled appointment in February and will soon be seeking a transfer... read more
Dr Cavanaugh knows his biz and is very friendly, he spends the time a patient needs to understand (something that nowadys is hard to find in a medical doctor). I like him very much!
Excelente Doctor, shows great interés in the patient, exhaust all the possibilities of help to the patient, very human, serious and responsible. I don’t change him for no body.
OK office friendliness, nothing welcoming though. Dr was just okay. Staff was okay. I didn't feel like I want to return.
