Dr Jesse has been my PCP for many years, I’ve even followed him when he moved farther away from my home. He was the first doc to see me as a whole person, not just a list of body systems. He always asks about my family, and sits to talk with me. He never appears rushed. He is very supportive of me, and his staff are welcoming and very professional.
Dr Jesse misdiagnosed and even failed to diagnose medical conditions. His nurse Shelia should have her employment terminated. They fail to phone in prescriptions and put things on your chart for the insurance company which are false. She was also untruthful in saying she had spoken to me. I'm now going elsewhere and have a sibling also going elsewhere. He was my sister's primary care, he misdiagnosed her telling her she had a UTI and it was UTERINE CANCER!
I have been with Dr Jesse for 30years now I went to him first and eventually my whole family and we all loved him I am the only family member left to go to him and I love how he listens to you and he will send you to who you need to see. Dr Jesse has always been there when I needed him when I lost my husband, my mom, my nephew, my sister and my brother, he would be right on the phone.
He is the best doctor around. In my opinion there you will not find a more compassionate and caring doctor around.
Dr Jesses assistant Jamiette is rude and has no interest in helping patients. We are still waiting 6 hours later for a prescription to be sent to our pharmacy. She has no concern for elderly patients. And after making us wait 9 hours a prescription was finally sent over but Dr Jesse didn’t have the common decency to let my parents know! This is unacceptable! If you care about your health fund another doctor.
