Update - I am updating this to reflect steps taken by MJR after my initial review. Michael James reached out to us after my initial review and did refund us our money for the design consultation. He apologized for how we were treated throughout the process and assured us that Grace (the designer) was no longer with the company. Michael James, Jenni, Edgar and the MJ team of subs provided us with an exceptional experience for our primary bath renovation. We were delighted with the outcome and are still commenting to each other how much we love our new bathroom. Michael worked hard to make the zero entry shower a reality for us, Jenni worked diligently to have all the subs lined up and ready to go.
