Given a 2-5 years to live by 5 different oncologist I met a man (the best Doctor on earth) who listened to me and gave me a simple prescription 1. Smile it tells everyone your OK. 2. Stay positive in your thoughts, God fearing man that I am, off to church. 3. Exercise, nothing new but what you do everyday. I walked 5 to 10 miles a day.
