Reception staff is very friendly and cordial. Dr. Ward is very personable but also thorough. He takes time to explain things fully. I highly recommend Dr. Ward and Pinnacle ENT.
Easy to work with.
DR Ward is a terrific physician .Always very nice .I have no complaints about my appointment. Staff is also pleasant . Office is also always clean.
