I wouldnt recommend him to nobody. For 3 weeks from surgery im still suffering with sinus infection. Had to go to the ER. He acts like he doesnt even care. Still blowing blood out. I would never had done it if i knew the out come.
Absolutely recommend Dr. Thielman and the ENT team. We had a scary situation and he made time in his day (same day) to come in and review what was going on and give us the reassurance we needed. The level of care this team provided is beyond incredible and I am very thankful for him taking time to pay attention to our concerns and help.
I told him my insurance wasn't going to cover a certain part of my rhinoplasty surgery so not to do that part but go along with everything else, he specifically said, I’ll do it, I just won’t bill for it. He infact did bill for it and about a year later I’m still trying to get that part of my bill figured out. I’ve been trying to reach him and unfortunately he has never followed up with me.
I had a septoplasty, which was recommended my first visit, and I am now worse off than I was before. I voiced my concerns and he said it’s fine and to try Flonase
