I had written a bad review a few months back, I want to change it. John stepped up, my son is divorced, he has custody of his daughters, they are safe with their family & its because of John. When it came time to appear for court he was there for us. We can never repay the gift he has given us. Thank you.
A disgraceful excuse for a lawyer. Once your initial payment hits his account good luck ever hearing back from him. He needs to be disbarred AGAIN. He is a scam.
And one more thing, he does not move quickly. In fact it seemed like an eternity to get things done!!!
Worst experience ever! Do not use Michael Studtmann! You will be worse off than you were before hiring him.
I filed for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. His office was very lenient and flexible with taking payments. I paid the amount that would cover blocking or stopping the annoying phone calls from collectors but that did not stop the garnishments. About 2 weeks later I was able to pay the full amount and the court hearing and everything went well. I was missing some documents that were not discovered by his staff but the trustee had requested the info.
