Waited over 3 months to see Stowell. I had arrived 15 min early to fill out paperwork and was told by nurse Dr Stowell would not see me as the paperwork was supposed to be already filled out prior to appointment. I would never believe a Dr or staff would treat a patient in pain who had waited 3 months for an appointment in such a manner. Will be following up with Indiana State Med Assoc and attorney general’s office.
