Dr Stoecz did my right total knee replacement on 9/16/24. He and his team were absolutely fantastic and it was a really great experience. I was able to be discharged to home on the same day. My incision healed perfectly, and my rehab has gone great. I am now three weeks post op, and I am scheduled to have left total knee replacement on October 28. Not sure how this man is still allowed to practice. Run and choose another doctor. Hip replacement was a nightmare, Kept pushing the narcotics though. After getting an infection I called and asked for an antibiotic his staff told me not to wash it out (they are just as bad) wouldn’t give me any antibiotics but offered more drugs for pain ( which again I refused). Told him before surgery NO narcotics- found out I was given Fentanyl in recovery. FIND ANOTHER ORTO DOCTOR!
Knee replacement by Dr Stoesz has been a terrible experience. Surgery done in March 2021 per his recommendation. Was told surgery went well and instructed to do PT which I did immediately following surgery. Visited doctor Stoesz at 6 month checkup and explained to him I was still having pain, stiffness and popping in hip area. His response was sorry your having problems!
