I was, as far as I was told, patient 2 for the 'new' surgical procedure to replace my cancer filled rectum with my sigmoid colon, sparing the need for an external bag. Dr. Stamos was very skilled, and I am now, after almost 20 years since his procedure, living life large! Thank you, Doctor Stamos, for the skills you applied!!!
Fantastic Dr. I was so scared and he was so comforting. I was so confident he would fix me and he did. I was told by a previous Dr I would have "a bag" and he did not know if I could ever be "hooked back up." With Dr. Stamos I had no bag, no pain and just an amazing experience. He is the best!!!
