He was assigned to my son for an appeal. He received my son transcript and asked me to email my son character letter which I did immediately. That was almost a year ago. I call leave messages and send emails and get no response. His secretary lies for him just awful.
He is very unprofessional. He does not tell his clients about there court dates and never goes to see them. He has lack of communication to his clients. To be a attorney you should have contact with the client who's paying you. I would never use him again. I would not recommend anyone to him. I suggest you find a attorney who will communicate with you and do there jobs.
Have used Mr. Stachowski before, excellent lawyer, well qualified and great to deal with, very knowledgeable in all aspects of law ! He's very personable, intelligent, keeps his clients at ease, one of Buffalo and WNY's top criminal attorneys !
Very unprofessional moved no new location didn't tell me where now his phone is disconnected
