Did pretty much the same thing as he did to Shawn, took our retainer fee then never returned a call and refused to return any of our retainer. Would never recommend him to anyone. If I could have given zero stars I would have.
I retained the services of this law firm to handle a simple case with the Wayne County FOC 8 months ago. They did absolutely nothing to handle this matter on my behalf. In fact, I couldn't even get a return call from anyone at this office once they took my $2,500 retainer fee. I had no choice but to fire this law firm, and go with a real law firm. I filed a grievance against Mike Smith for basically stealing my money, and malpractice. I would steer clear from these people if you're looking for a lawyer to represent you.
