Dr. Michael Reihart is failing miserably as director of emergency medicine at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital. Understaffed, overwhelmed & lack of communication. It is like sitting in a health clinic for the uninsured. At my physiciand request I was transported from my physicians office to the ER due to serious health concerns.
