Never returned phone calls. But last time he was here did an extremely excellent job. Neat, clean and professional.
Checked things out, gave us advice. Very nice but very professional.
Our water heater broke called Michael and left message. He called back quickly and was able to come out within an hour! My husband went out and bought a new water heater. Michael removed old one, installed new heater and fixed broken value. We also asked him to check outside faucet and he replaced that one as well. Super friendly and polite!!! Rates and price were less then expected for short notice call. Would always call him for our plumbing needs!!
Michael provides a quick, friendly and professional service. He provided great response time, thorough inspection of problem, thorough explanation of possible steps that can be taken as well as explaining obstacles that we may face later down the line. I felt like I could put total faith in what he recommended. I would recommend his services to anyone who is in the market for a new plumber.
