I had one of the most unsatisfactory doctor visits. Despite being a new patient with excellent insurance, I felt as though I was alone in the room. The doctor asked very few questions and seemed disengaged, simply writing on a sheet of paper, which made me feel as though my presence was inconsequential. Will not be returning.
Dr. Palumbo gave diagnoses and insights beyond what I was expecting and hoping for.
Have gone to this practice for years growing up and had a recent first visit with Dr. Palumbo. Needless to say, I will not return because of him. As mentioned, I have gone here for most of my life with no issues, and have followed all medical advice provided to me in the past. I am also in the medical field, so I am very aware of protocols and care.
