absolutely amazing. helped me when i need help, and when i was in pain. i would definitely recommend.
Went in to Sunnyside Hospital in intense pain. Was taken care of immediately. I can't give enough praises to all who took care of me from the emergency room doctors and nurses and everyone up to my surgery the next morning. Everyone came in to explain exactly what would be going on with the surgery and answerered all of my questions. The two nurses who took care of me in the prep room for the surgery Jamie and Jenna (I hope I got that right I was pretty rummy) were awesome. I wish I could give 0 stars. Dr. Otoole was the doctor on call after my major surgery. He came in day 2 post op and told me I was taking way too many pain meds (I was only taking what was prescribed) and that my IV pain meds were going to be cut off. I told him that was fine but then I would need more management through oral medications. He then proceeded to tell me that I shouldn’t be needing this many pain meds as there was no way I could be in THAT much pain. Thank you, Dr. O’Toole. I was in miserable pain when I got to the hospital. But my care was good. Even though I had problems with vitals and was still on blood thinners when surgery was scheduled, his team as well as the nurses took care to keep me informed and I had excellent help getting ready for surgery.
