Dr.Oechsel was lacking any empathy whatsoever. Attended to me for a total of 15 minutes and gave no real treatment plan aside from PT but nothing for pain management. As a doctor if you lose your compassion for your patients, it’s time to retire.

I recently saw Dr. Oechsel for a knee problem. I had seen him several times 5 or 6 years ago. He was very professional and concerned about my problem. I was nervous and he tried to put me at ease in a very sincere manner. He explained what was going to happen and took the time to educate me. His nurse, Sandy, was excellent and they worked well together. I believe in using a sense of humor in stressful or difficult situations which they both expressed appropriately.
