I've been going to doctor Michaels for 15 years and 4 operations and in my opinion he is the best Urologist that anyone could have. I recommend him to other people all the time.
After a month on medication and telling him, it wasn't working.... He suggested I stay on it for another month or two. I decided no to meds, yes to finding another doc. Couldn't even get rid of an infection. Go elsewhere
Awesome Doc, genius surgeon.
This doesn't even deserve 1 star. Horrible experience. The office manager/ front desk person was extremely rude, unpleasant, and extremely unprofessional. A complaint will be filed...
I'm giving Dr. Michaels an inflated score of 1 because 0 is not an option. With two separate patients, one family member and the other the family member of a close friend, he has casually dismissed key symptoms that were presented to him that led to a next day ED visit & hospitalization and a cancer diagnosis, respectively. On both occasions it was his dismissive and apathetic attitude that was, perhaps, more troubling than his inability to recognize the red flags (no pun intended) that were presented in the patients' urine ... read more
