Monica today was very helpful on the phone helping me with co pay clarifications. However, the lady I called before Monica was super rude on the phone and seemed eager to get me off the line. I guess this caused me to lose some trust in returning. Her answers seemed short as if I was an inconvenience, but I was just making sure I didn’t owe any money. This was rather disappointing and frustrating
Dr. Michael Meyer is fantastic. He listens to his patients needs and helps develop the proper care. Office visits are easy to schedule with flexible hours.
As always people in that office are great,all of them, I appreciate they're willing to help everyone in the best way possible always kind and efficient, thank you very much!!!
Dr. Mike Meyer takes the time to listen to me and give plans moving forward. I unfortunately have a few persistent health problems. I never feel rushed is another plus
