Dr. McDonald was great and so was staff
Dr. McDonald put my daughter through weeks of consultations and then canceled on us the night before surgery because his office manager, Lisa, is a disrespectful nightmare. The entire staff has been rude to my daughter and I since the moment we walked in the door and has made our surgery experience more difficult at every stage of the process. I have spoken with our orthodontist about not referring patients out to them anymore and would encourage anyone who receives a referral to McDonald to ask for a referral elsewhere. Dr.... read more
