Going to Dr. Lu’s office is always a pleasant experience! He has great eye contact, is thorough, attentive, and very kind. I don’t feel rushed through the appointment. When the appointment ends, I feel very satisfied that my knowledge of the situation was extremely clear and complete.
I have seen Dr. Lu several times and he has always given me excellent care. He is very kind, patient, and knowledgable. He listens carefully and always answers my questions to my satisfaction. I recommend him most highly. Dr. Raoof, whom I also saw at my last visit, is also exceptional. They both went out of their way to see that I got x-rays immediately and called me as soon as they got the results.
