Dr. Landry and his team are la creme de la creme of dental experiences. Patients are treated like spa clients, pampered and spoiled throughout. I always look forward to my 6-month teeth-cleaning appointments. They do some upselling (teeth whitening, straightening, etc), but are never at all pushy about it when it is suggested. Have been a client for over 20 years!
Please stay away from this practice! They are resorting to very aggressive and unfair practices to collect monies. They are sending surprise bills; charges that are over 5 years old for procedures and services that were fully paid up. They are also sending the accounts to the collection agencies without even sending the statement to clients first for them to validate charges. This is very unfortunate.
