Dr at Northland Radiology. I have repeatedly asked for a receipt and NEVER got one. I have called and sent faxes. I paid out of pocket for the CT scan (upfront) IN FULL. I just got a collection notice for $215.00. How is this so if I paid I full??? No one will explain this to me. Why did it go straight to collections? Why can’t I get a receipt for what I paid for?
