Absolutely wonderful experience working with Mike. I had given up all hope on finding someone to help me with my unemployment hearing. He reached out to me and was able to properly prepare me and my case with little time before the hearing. He was patient and listened to my grievances, pointing out what we needed to focus on and gave me great advice that will stick with me for a while. When you have spent your entire life in the service of others. Blood, Sweat, and tears!!! Then suddenly your comfortable world that you have known for so long crashes around you. It happened to be your birthday to boot, and you call this guy he lashes out and looks down at you from his nose. I needed compassion today. I needed guidance.
