After being treated by Dr. Hammck for going on 3 years, my overall experience is negative - braces were expensive, retainer & follow ups as well, long waits for extreamly short apps, long lunch break taken by the entire office (with no one answering phones during normal work hours) and the office staff is rude. Will not use for my younger children.
I brought my 7 year old daughter to Dr. Hammack. She had a severe underbite. He was amazing! In just one year's time her bite is completely corrected and her smile looks amazing. All the assistants are sweet and gentle. My daughter had such a wonderful experience. She is not stressed or worried about going. It was all such a positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Hammack!
Such an incredibly warm and kind staff- appointments have always been on time (imagine that!) and Dr hammack is knowledgable and personable... I definately recommend this office for orthodontic needs
Very professional, nice atmosphere...good diagnosis, quick treatment
Very professional, nicest people working for him. I took my son to several ortho's for consultations and he was one of only 2 that said he didn't need to do an early stage and to wait until certain teeth came in. I felt like he wasn't trying to take advantage of us. We hardly ever have to wait for more than 5 minutes and didn't feel like we were in a giant assembly line bribed by computer games to wait our turn. Very pleased.
Perfect experience, in fact my 2nd daughter is starting treatment now.
