Rude, Neglectful, & Incompetent. Avoid him and any doctor practicing at Premier Medical Group. They are more concerned with billing your insurance company than taking care of their patients. From the Administration down to their Secretaries, if you don't want to be spoken to in a rude manner, and be neglected stay away from this doctor and this medical group. *EDIT* I absolutely was a patient of this man. Ive been going to Dr. Gaesser religiously every 6 months for years. I was sick one day and called his office. I had been battling a 104 temperature and a severe sore throat. I called his nurse, she advised I needed to take a covid test before they would do anything. I advised her that it would take at least 2 days to get the results. Dr. M Gaesser, Is always available when I have health concerns. I have been going to him for many years, and my body has gone through many ups and downs over the years. He is very honest , thorough, and to the point, He always follows up if I had a surgery, and holds my well being as a priority. I am very thankful for him.
