First thing you should know is that Mr. Smith is extremely hearing impaired. If you are willing to take your case to trial as i was then do yourself a favor and find another Lawyer. The 2 years leading up to the LOSS of my civil suit he did little to nothing in preparation. So unprepared and very hearing impaired it appeared to me that in 30 yrs my case was his first to take to trial.
