I was hospitalized last October for a hemorrhagic UTI and was seen by Dr Ehlert while inpatient. At discharge, I was instructed to see him for a follow up in a month for a cystoscopy. After coming home, I repeatedly attempted to call the clinic to make an appt but was put on hold for sometimes up to 40 minutes. I resorted to sending an email to their general clinic email and did receive a phone call from a staff member who gave me an appt, but it was 3months out for a hospital follow up! After two weeks of pain from a kidney stone, on top of having covid at the same time, Dr Ehlert saved me late on a Friday afternoon. He and his colleagues booked me for a Saturday surgery. I cried with relief.
I was happy with Dr. Ehlert's attention to my problems and discussing with me what can be done. His suggestions and skills has really helped.
Very easy to make appointments and very convenient. Dr ehlert was very professional and asked a lot of questions that I had. Going back again soon!
