I needed an annual physical late last year and I selected Dr Dial with acceptance of him being a new physician. During my visit, he reviewed years of my medical history and asked many questions. The time seemed longer than necessary. For a cholesterol medicine he prescribed, I could not get it filled for at least 6 weeks because he did not respond to insurance request for his justification to use this expensive medication while pharmacy and myself had contacted his office repeatedly and asked him to act.
