My wife was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and had an appointment 7/05/2023 with one of your surgical physicians Dr. Michael Cross and let me tell you this surgeon that works for your organization is very unprofessional, rude, belittling, hateful, hurtful and arrogant. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Cross and his whole team. He is thoughtful, patient and explains things very well. His demeanor is serious but he came across as very caring. He is to the point and does not dawdle but answered all questions fully. I had an unusual complication following my lumpectomy and he and his team were very responsive and helped it clear up. Would definitely recommend him.

By far the worst experience I have ever experienced with a provider. Berated me for asking about a surgery date and paperwork. Gave me every excuse why a surgery date could not be set and then sent nurse in later with a date written on a piece of paper. He never returned. I left crying and by the next morning was finding another surgeon. I never wanted to deal with that again. Every patient who steps in the office is nervous and frightened. They do not need to be stripped of their dignity!

I did my research before choosing Dr. Cross and my experience has been seamless. Dr. Cross is professional, thorough and a damn skilled surgeon. So thankful for him and his amazing team.
