If I could I would give this office a zero. I have been calling to get my biopsy report for almost 3 weeks. Every time I call they tell you someone will return your call. When the nurse finally called me yesterday she left a message with lab results. That is not what I am waiting on. This has been very upsetting for me and my family not knowing if the results are negative or positive! I know Dr Connor is not aware of what is going on in his office but something needs to change! I will be looking for another doctor!
Dr. Conner was wonderful. Listened to me and he shared what he was going to do. Patted me on my leg as I went under and I was treated with respect. Thank you Dr. Conner ♥️
No answer when calling, have left multiple voicemails that get returned to me as voicemails. But then when I call them back, again no one answers the phone. Went in person to schedule a followup appointment, rang the bell (like the sign says to do), said hello loudly multiple times… RED flag, especially for a ICU followup… I will have to find a different Gastroenterology doctor to handle my new diagnosis. Very cool and down to earth professional. He asked if I had questions, explained my procedure and reassure me. He checked back with me before I left the hospital. Thank God for his dedication and skill!
This office does not answer their phones. They do not return phone calls. I have let the phone ring for an excess of five minutes each time I’ve called eventually it will turn over to voicemail but no one calls me back. I am unable to get my colonoscopy prep kit because whoever prescribed it did not leave proper instructions with the pharmacy. I have been trying to get this issue resolved for days and I am thoroughly disgusted.
