The contractor did a nice job on our block wall foundation, which had to be entirely replaced, but thats it. He's very lax on communication with us and with his sub contractors. The sub-contractors that did the digging were supposed to install a retaining wall but he never told them to do that. He never checked the final job to see if his sub-contractors had done everything properly. I'm very aggravated at the lack of customer service and not checking the job site.
