Terrible office to work with horrendous communication. I visited Dr. Brunetti for what is supposed to be a simple consultation for orthotics. I've been diabetic for the last 20 years and I have had insurance cover them before. I went in to get measured and a week later, I got a call stating that the orthotics were ready. I asked them if insurance coverage had applied and they said that they didn't know and that they'll check and get back to me.
